LSA youngsters lead the way for Ladies 1s

LSA Ladies' 1s are currently third in the league after an away win at Longridge. This success is partly down to the presence of our talented youth set up.

We pride ourselves on giving our young players the opportunities to achieve success within the club. Setting the standards, our girls have been working hard with the team coach to improve on performances week by week and this dedication is clear by the results for our ladies section this season.

Ladies 1s look to continue their fine form at home to Leyland & Chorley on Saturday, 12.30 at AKS.

Shawcross steals the show

LSA Men's 1s earned their first win of 2018 moving them to 5th in North Division 2 West. League and club top goalscorer, Matt Shawcross sealed the victory for LSA away at West Derby scoring all 5 goals in the close fought encounter. Shawcross added to his already impressive goal tally with two penalty corners, two penalty strokes and an open play goal.

Next game for the Men's 1s is at home to Liverpool Sefton, Saturday 27th January, 1.30pm at AKS.

2018 Unbeaten run continues for Ladies 1s

LSA Ladies 1s continued their unbeaten run away at Liverpool Sefton this weekend with a 3-1 win. The run is now extended to 9 games and the girls have only conceded 3 goals in 2018.

Next up for the Ladies 1s are Liverpool University at AKS on Saturday 24th at 12.30.
